We are seeking a Construction Project Manager working on Renewable Energy projects. A hybrid role, based in London.

They are seeking a Construction Project Manager, who will support the Construction Management team. To plan and execute a program of consented projects and work on a portfolio of ready to build solar and battery storage sites.

Responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager:
* Manage a pipeline of Project work through all stages including identification, quotation, approval, scheduling, planning, execution, technical completion, de-snagging, invoicing and warranty claims
* Draw up a consolidated ongoing Project Plan to identify the resources, materials, plant, procedures, costs and timeframes
* Execute the Project Plan following manufacturer's and warranty requirements, contract terms, BSL quality systems, HSQE standards (including CDM) and best industry practice
* Accountability for the safety, profitability, quality and warranty claims in relation to the Project Plan
* Coordinate with and provide relevant support to Wind and Battery Storage Project work
* Produce detailed specification and scope documents for tendering
* Support procurement activities withing the Fund
* Organise the necessary enabling activities such as welfare, temporary tracks, power supplies and make the relevant CDM F10 notifications
* Ensure appropriate testing, commissioning and documentation is produced, including updating of CDM Health & Safety file
* Organise handover to incumbent O&M contractor, including sub-contractor defect procedures
Criteria for the Construction Project Manager:
* Experience managing a program of mechanical, electrical and civil project work
* Experience working on Grid connected Power Generation sites
* Experience managing solar/battery Principle and sub-contractors
* Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering qualifications
* Relevant safety qualifications such as IOSH or SMSTS
* Knowledge of CDM
