Job Description

This is a rare opportunity for a Project Manager to work for a leading Fit Out company.

Our client is a leading D&B company with multiple awards and nominations, that has a strong industry presence in the last 20 years and is firmly established in the market.

The Company has a highly enviable client list and a big part of them is repeated business. They have enjoyed ongoing success and they are now looking to add to their existing team.

The successful Project Manager can come from either a trades or degree background.

Ideally you will have started your career in the Commercial fit out sector.

Eight to ten years’ experience with a UK based fit out Contractor is a major plus.

We are looking for a Project Manager that is dynamic, commercially aware, client facing, confident to attend client meetings and be able to deliver fast track projects.

The Project Manager must have excellent management skills with a desire to progress to a more senior position.

The successful candidate must be able to do the Variations, Valuations and CVRs of a project and be able to manage multiple projects between £1m and £5m.
