Job Description

North London based Facilities Management Project Manager required for a new role focussing on a large Public Sector client in the area.

Working for one of the world's leading Facilities Management specialist Property Companies. This role offers unparalleled career opportunities for a qualified and experienced FM Project Manager who is looking for the next step in their career.

This role will comprise of running FM and Maintenance Projects from 'cradle to grave' as well as managing all the variables in between, in order to deliver the highest possible quality project. Keeping the client informed during the process, managing the team delivering, as well as the finances of each project will be key elements to the role.

This is a very structured, yet fast moving Project Management post. Would suit someone looking for the next step in their long term FM Project Management career who has aspirations for Senior Project Manager opportunities and way beyond to Directorship, moving between divisions where the opportunities arise.
