Job Description

One of my premier clients has come me and asked me to find a dynamic, multi-skilled and ambitious Project Manager for a residential project in Beckenham.

My client are main contractor who run a mixture of projects and currently have a large order book in which they require a Project Manager urgently.

The project is £15m residential scheme, it consists of 50 RC frame apartments and 9 townhouses. Both plots are at internal stages and require a Project Manager to drive the project to completion.

What we'd like from you:

* Proven extensive site management experience

* Previous new build flat/residential experience

* SMSTS

* Management level CSCS

* First Aid

* Self-motivated, friendly, sociable, and driven
