An opportunity has arisen for a Property Management Officer to be apart of a fantastic team in a leading housing association. Hybrid working and based in London.

A leading housing association are in need of a Property Management Officer to join their central London office.
Description
The key responsibilities for a Property Management Officer are:
Provide valuable property management service to residents within your area whilst being accountable for their overall experience.
Work with stakeholders to manage any resident dissatisfaction quickly and sensitively whilst adhering to the policy.
Ensure properties and estates are maintained and in an excellent condition.
Diagnose, order and successfully manage repairs across your properties and estates.
Issue and manage compliant section 20 consultation processes.Profile
The successful candidate will have:
Knowledge of leasehold tenure and home ownership schemes.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of the housing sector.Job Offer
