Job Description
My client is a large construction firm they are looking for a Purchse Ledger Clerk
Key Responsibilities
• Daily input of supplier’s invoices, matching orders, and good received notes.
• Monthly Payment Reconciliations.
• Preparing payment runs.
• Deal with all queries with suppliers.
• To balance all supplier statements on monthly basis, investigate differences and contact the supplier for copies invoices/credits.
• To amend and maintain existing accounts and maintain the filing system
• To collaborate closely with other members of the finance team
