Job Description

Company

* Regional main contractor who are extremely busy after succssfully winning a number of new long term projects.

* This company are dynamic and ambitious and have delivered exceptional growth in the last 5 years

* Project are long term Property Services framework schemes, planned and reactive maintenance

* The company have been awarded new projects from a key client and require a dynamic Quantity Surveyor

Role

* You will be delivering local authority frameworks valued from £500k – £8m.

* Internal and external maintenance, Property Services refurbishment schemes

* You will have full Commercial responsibility for all projects within the region.

* Working closely with the Operational teams.

* Liaising with the client and consultants involved in the project.

* Ensure health and safety is adhered to in line with company policy.

Person specification

* Have excellent communication skills and have a proven history of developing long term client relations.

* Have managed projects from start to finish and involved in all Commercial aspects of the build.

* Experience with a reputable contractor.

* Good with relevant paperwork and documentation.

* Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently
