Job Description

4Site is looking for Quantity Surveyors for our clients who are specialists in residential refurbishments.

Our clients operate throughout prestigious areas of London completing high-end residential refurbishments and extensions, with projects varying in value up to £10 million. They are all well-established companies that pride themselves on their high standard of work and are looking for someone with someone of a similar mindset to come on board and join their close-knit teams. 

The ideal candidate for this role will:

Possess the relevant qualifications for this role
Have experience working for a main contractor in the residential sector
Be highly numerate and computer literate
Have an understanding of building legislation, building materials, and design
