Fawkes and Reece are working with a highly successful, forward thinking main contractor that are seeking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the company's London based commercial team.

This privately owned contractor has a very strong reputation within the industry along with a very solid client base that brings lots of repeat business. The company has a current turnover over around £300m per year with a pipeline of live projects worth more than £750m. The company has a stable team and some exciting plans for growth over the coming years.

The Commercial Director is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the business with the view of working on one of four new projects that the business has picked up. Each of the schemes differ in value but would be based in London and would be worth in the region of £25m to £55m depending on which one you get involved in. The company delivers RC frame projects across London and the home counties which are predominately completed on a JCT D&B form of contract.

The suitable candidate for this opportunity will be working for a medium or large main contractor and will come well-versed in all aspects of quantity surveying. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience of working on RC frame projects and will ideally have worked on projects from inception to completion, however this is not essential in order to apply.
