Job Description

French luxury and worldwide renowned brand with strong values is looking for a French speaking Real Estate Project Manager to work with the Real Estate team with all Real Estate projects in the UK and Ireland, working closely with the UK subsidiary and our client’s Europe Real Estate team. This is a 3-year contract.
ROLE of the Real Estate Project Manager:
Real Estate Projects:
• Managing in all Real Estate projects, offering technical support where needed
• Coordinating and participating in meetings with all parties involved
• Reviewing of FOH and BOH drawings, liaising with internal participants, Local Architect and external parties for their input
• Supporting with budget and program from start to end of the project
• Working closely with IT/Operations Managers on all IT/Operations related topics of each project
• Liaising with Internal Control Manager on all security and local compliance aspects
• Transcribing annotations on drawings into PDF for issue to Architects
• Compiling and reviewing furniture and fittings lists ahead of placing orders
• Attending weekly meetings and site visits
• Supporting team during site visits and inform of/resolve any queries from the design & technical team
• Coordinating the handover program with the local team, ensuring all departments are fully informed of the key dates and responsibilities
• Assisting during pre-handover and handover meetings and follow up where needed
• Supporting Project Manager with snagging list, up to 3 months post-handover
• Consolidating project feedback in coordination with Project Manager
• Consolidating and uploading all project documentation on Intranet
Minor/Major Works:
• Attending store visits with local team to review all minor works required in stores
• Consolidating requests and coordinating priorities with the European HQ
• Following up, in coordination with Maintenance and Facilities Manager, all approved works
• Debriefing local team following implementation of minor/major works
• Project Manager or Interior Architect or previous experience as a Real Estate Project Manager or Real Estate Senior Project coordinator
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction
• Understanding of high-end retail environment which requires a constant attention to detail
• Adaptability, autonomy and interpersonal skills
• Great sense of organization and rigour
• Team player
• Problem solver and ability to multi-task
• Good knowledge of French an advantage
• Microsoft office tools / Outlook
• Autocad is an advantage
• up to £60k + Bonus
• + travel and lunch allowance of £150/month each
