Administrator with Reception duties – Sutton – £23,000 – £25,000
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator with FOH/Reception duties for our market leading client, based in Sutton on a full time, permanent basis.
The role will involve being the first point of contact for callers and visitors to the office. Managing incoming e-mails and assisting with administrative and office duties.
Reception – answer the telephone and respond to e-mails. Deal with external contractors.
Incoming Correspondence – open, distribute, scan and index incoming mail.
Administration – assist with invoices and general correspondence.
Office supplies – ensure office is stocked as required.
Detailed description of activities
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for external and internal clients. The job is critical in creating the correct image for the Company with a polite, professional approach being always required so that clients feel welcomed and looked after. Attention to detail will be important so that messages are relayed correctly and in a timely and accurate fashion.
Duties will include:
Answering phone calls.
Recording information given by clients.
Distributing incoming mail accordingly.
Issuing correspondence to clients as requested.
Following up on unpaid invoices and answering queries.
Working on ad hoc tasks as requested.
Assisting staff across all teams where necessary.
Monitoring stationary stocks and office supplies and ordering as required.
Liaising with external contractors to maintain office equipment.Person Specification
The Receptionist Administrator is expected to have:
A good telephone manner
Clear communication skills both verbally and in writing
Good Interpersonal skills
Good organisational skills
