Job Description

Terrific opporunity to join us here in our Central London UK Head Quarters.
* Management of meeting room diaries
* Control of stationary
* Effective filtering/management of phone calls
* Ensuring all visitors are greeted, signed in and directed to the correct person/meeting
* Receive and dispatch post, including any courier bookings
* Assist with production of ad hoc reports and presentations
* Assist with the collation of information for reports/meetings
* Assist with travel bookings
* Ad hoc duties as job requires
* Assist Office Manager when required
Skills
Relevant experience in a similar role
Ability to work alone but also as part of a team.
Literate & numerate with proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good communication skills/telephone manner
Attention to detail
