Job Description
Class 1 personnel are currently looking for an experienced senior recruitment consultant/ Assistant manager at our Hounslow office, Duties will include account managing, recourcing/recruiting candidates and managing bookings. Office hours are Mon to Fri (Apply online only) , however out of hours duty would be required remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
Working at our Hounslow Office to oversee a portfolio of mixed clients including contract Distribution / transport, Hospitality, Heathrow Airport, caterers, hotels and restaurants, events and stadium's across London and the South East England
Ensure on target performance is reached monthly and in line with annual target
Recruiting and onboarding a regular pool of Drivers , warehouse operatives, cleaners, customer service agents, chefs, barbacks, porters and kitchen staff plus all grades of hospitality staff to meet individual clients' demands
Meeting and working with clients to build relationships, review services and re-book staff
Attending staff check-ins at large scale bookingsEssential Attributes
