Job Description

Logical is a rapidly developing recruitment and manpower provision business, operating nationwide, offshore and internationally through our network of offices. Founded in 2006 the business has diversified over the years into a major player within Construction, Facilities Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, Training, Fleet solutions and Energy and Process markets.
We are looking for a self-motivated recruitment consultant to start ASAP in our Fulham office due to growth within the business.
This role will be suitable for someone who is organised, able to work independently and has previous experience within a recruitment/ sales environment.
OVERVIEW
As a Consultant within the Construction Team you will maximise the Sales and Gross Profit in the supply of temporary workers to clients in line with pre-defined company objectives and values. To take ownership of running your own desk, building internal & external relationships to ensure you successfully meet individual and team targets.
Ideal Background
Experience of working in the Recruitment Industry is necessary. Sales driven consultant with a clear and focused approach to Temporary, Permanent and Contract Recruitment. Ability to run own desk, work under pressure and meeting deadlines and targets.
Main Accountabilities
New Business Generation -In line with branch objectives and building up own desk, generate new sales opportunities and GP's through developing a sound understanding of your market within pre-defined areas of operation including competitor client base.
Clearly identify and define ethical sales techniques and methods including (but not limited to), cold calling, key skills sales calls and qualified sales visits. Make full use of all resources to build relationships with prospective clients and maximising on lead generation.
Service/Account Management – To ensure ongoing servicing and development of all accounts, maintaining out of office opening hours telephone contact to maximise full GP potential and service standards. Attending regular service visits, maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring payment terms are agreed and documented. To ensure appropriate credit information is obtained prior to supply and credit limits are monitored to ensure no un-authorised over Trading. That all workers are giving clear instructions on location, duties, pay and all other job specific information in line clients instructions.
Recruitment – Working closely the team Resourcer ensure full compliance of the candidate focused recruitment process. To co-ordinate and ensure that all adverts-are placed accordingly, responses are dealt with in methodical and professional manner. Ensure that references are taken in line with company guidelines; monitor and check qualifications, licences and other documentation have been obtained and evidenced.
Payroll -System Compliance – Working closely with team Resourcer ensure Payroll information is accurate and timely, ensuring that all timesheets are received and authorised. Keeps own desk operating efficiently and fully compliant with company procedures.
