We are looking for highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultants at all levels to join our established London based recruitment team
You will get the opportunity to work with list of key clients working across the Facilities Management, Property and Building Services Engineering sectors supplying staff on a contract or permanent basis. You will be able to specialise in a specific sector and not be a generalist recruiter.
Duties and Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant
Resourcing and regenerating – via the database, job boards, networking, referrals, headhunting and social media.
Provide expert, specialist advice to candidates
Identifying and developing client/business relationships
Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships with themDesired Skills of a Recruitment Consultant
Previous recruitment experience, preferably in the Facilities Management, Property and Building Services Engineering
A proven track record in recruitment
Previous sales or business development experience
