Full-time (36 hours per week) Recruitment Manager – Consultancy Review contract to start ASAP.

Monday to Friday

09:00 – 17:00

Main Duties:

1, Manage a team of staff to achieve high performance and effective operational delivery.

2, Ensure recruitment activities are managed in line with key performance indicators and mechanisms are in place to provide regular feedback to internal customers on the team’s performance against these.

3, Develop a Business Partner relationship with recruiting managers and the wider HR community by providing trusted, professional advice and consultancy to ensure the delivery of a seamless and strategic service that is tailored to individual service needs, as appropriate.

4, Contribute to the development and implementation of projects and initiatives that improve the recruitment service. Examples include introduction of new systems, processes and practices and adapting the target operating model to maximise effectiveness of the service

5, Research, develop and implement innovative and tailored attraction and onboarding strategies which are cost-effective and attract quality candidates.

6, Conduct a SWAT analysis of roles, processes and ways of working to identify options for change.

What are the requirements?

CIPD Qualified (membership or graduate membership) OR currently studying for graduate membership OR able to demonstrate the equivalent level of knowledge through significant recruitment and selection experience.

Detailed working knowledge of recruitment and selection best practice.

Experience of improving recruitment and selection service delivery to support organisational objectives.
