A truly innovative data centre operator with data centres across Europe is looking for their first Talent Acquisition Manager. This role has been created to support the next stage of the company's growth and offers a mix of home and office (Central London) working.

The Role

As their Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll be responsible for all things recruitment – it's a great opportunity to design and build a recruitment approach and strategy and really put your stamp on the business. Direct recruitment will be the key focus although you'll also own other key projects including, but not limited, to the following:

Designing the recruitment methodology
Building and managing the PSL
Interview process design
Upskilling the manager community with respect to recruitment, candidate experience, interview process etc
Employer branding
Onboarding processPlease note that you will, initially, be the sole member of the TA team so will also need to take ownership of the recruitment admin side (arranging interviews, rejecting candidates etc.)

To succeed in the role of Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll need to have experience of a similar internal / RPO / MV role. Sector wise, data centre experience would be ideal but other sectors that have a focus on design / operations / site management / construction skillsets will be considered. The role will not suit somebody coming from a purely "head office" / "corporate" recruitment background. You'll also need to have experience of recruiting these skills within the UK – experience of recruiting into any mainland European countries would certainly hold you in good stead.

In return for your skills, you'll receive a salary of up to £75,000 (although a little more may be available for an ideal candidate) plus 15% bonus + excellent pension.
