PSI Global are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to join a very busy and exciting Construction desk in our London office (Uxbridge). This is a permanent role with a great opportunity for career progression. We offer a very competitive salary as well as excellent company benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a resourcing or recruitment role. This role is for the construction sector, but all previous sectors will be considered.

As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be an extremely crucial team member. You will be responsible for providing recruitment support to the divisional manager and service delivery team by being the first point of contact for supplying candidates. Some of the required duties will include, but not limited to:

– Placing adverts on multiple job boards and social media platforms

– Screening all incoming job applications

– Complete thorough candidate vetting (checking eligibility, qualifications & referencing)

– Performing 'check in' phone calls and maintaining regular contact with the workforce

– Being customer focussed, and working to resolve worker issues in a smooth & efficient manner

Further Details:

– Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 (ability to work outside of these hours is required during busy periods)
