Overview

Compass Associates are delighted to be exclusively working with an established and respected healthcare provider in search for a Registered Home Manager for one of their neuro services in South London.

The service is designed for adults with either an acquired brain injury/mental health diagnosis, complex needs, physical disabilities who have a neurocognitive condition.

Due to an internal promotion, this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take over a smoothly run service which is fully occupied and has good staff retention.

As the Registered Home Manager, you will have overall responsibilities for the development and management of the service. You will be the registered manager for CQC and will directly line manage the Clinical Lead. As the Registered Home Manager, you will be part of the on call rota.

Criteria

You must be either a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse
Be able to demonstrate excellent leadership, management and communication skills
Have experience with external stakeholder's, e.g. CQC
You must be engaging, hands on and visionable within the service
You must feel confident with carrying out regular medication audits
A clean DBS is required

Salary & Annual Leave

The successful candidate will be offered up to £72,000 basic depending upon experience, plus a bonus and additional company benefits.

Interview Process

There will be 2 stages which will include;
1st stage – Informal via Teams with the Operations Director
2nd stage – Formal face to face with the Operations Director and CEO
