Our large client group is currently looking to recruit a qualified Nursing Home to work in the West Whestone area. Our Client it looking for someone who can provide support for up to 12 adults living with learning disabilities, autism and associated needs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Committed to ensuring the highest standards of resident care and safety
Confident coordinating and implementing care programmes
Someone with excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and improving quality is a must
Experience of working with sites on action plans and implementing them to improve Quality
Commitment to delivering high quality care
Previous managerial experience in a similar environment
