Registered Manager – Adult Learning Disabilities
Dual Site/2 services – London N13 & N14
£50,000 + benefits/incentives/bonus package

Pensions optionsWe are working with one of the most established and well regarded care providers in the UK on their search for a Registered Manager for their services which supports adults with learning disabilities/autism based in the North London area
This services supports adults who have mental health needs and a support residential service for residents with LD/Autism. We are looking for an experienced Manager who has proven management experience within a similar field, ideally a large home supporting adults with LD/Autism and Mental Health..
We are looking for a dedicated Manager who will support people within the service and who will actively seek out opportunities for individuals to support and develop their skills and confidence. Including directing and managing staff teams to do the same.
We will also need a real emphasis and insistence on providing the best possible quality service which the Registered Manager will lead whilst inspiring your team to do the same, with a person-centred support and care.
