Repairs Manager

Day To Day Repairs – Property Services

£40,000 – £46,000 + Package

We are currently working with an established maintenance contractor based in South West London who are looking for a Repairs Manager to join their property services team.

Within this role, you will be responsible for a small day to day repairs contract works being carried out to both occupied properties. My client are currently servicing 3000 properties and have an established team of operatives already in place. You will report directly into the operations manager.

Day to day duties will include;

* Managing a team of up to 8 operatives and one Supervisor

* Pre & post inspections of works being carried out

* Maintain effective communication with your team ensuring performance is satisfactory

* Plan and prioritise workload for your team

* Produce and deliver reports

* Monitor and maintain health and safety, continually update H&S reports
