Job Description

Residential Facilities Manager – London – up to £45k
Facilities Manager – Leading UK Managing Agent – London – West End – £45k.
This role is an entry level of FM role defined by the limited experience, training and qualification within the sector. The Client is ultimately looking for someone with the skills and ability to work hard and is eager to push for senior promotion in time.

* Responsibilities:
* Providing daily tenant and client liaison across these contracts.
* Management of hard and soft service contractors on site
* Management of permit to work system
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Service charge budget draft and management.
* Ensure high standards of service delivery are continually delivered to all occupiers
* Liaison with service desk and Associate Director to ensure any issues are dealt with swiftly and accurately
Requirements:
* MBIFM – Member Of BIFM (Desirable but not essential)
* IOSH/ NEBOSH qualification

Qualifications/Requirements
* Experience of contract specifications and Helpdesk managed services.
* Has worked on similar, large, high quality secure building environment.
* Experience of managing / assistant managing multiple services, not just cleaning and catering as role includes helpdesk, reception, IT services, mailroom etc.
* Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
* Computer literate.
* Problem solving and effective prioritisation.
* Broad Management skills, confident meeting management, ability to drive actions to effective solutions.
* Degree level education or equivalent experience
