Fusion People are currently looking for 1 x M+E/HVAC Engineer to work with one of our nationwide Tier 1 clients.

Role – Site Engineer – Technical / Professional – Highways

Contract type – Temporary

Duration – 6 months

Start date – 06/03/2023 ASAP

Tickets Needed – Qualifications/tickets/cards required – CSCS mandatory. SSSTS / SMSTS

experience – 2 years experience in a similar role

Location – LONDON E4

Working hours – 50 hours per week

Salary – £300.00 – 320.00 per day CIS/LTD/Umbrella Rate

Brief description of what my client is looking for –

Start date – ASAP

Assignment duration – 4-6 months

Main duties/brief outline of job – Managing site aspects of subcontract fit-out packages (steel work, architectural metalwork, block work, fire protection, envelope, building finishes). Site quality inspections with sub con & Client to sign-off installation check sheets and ensure installation in accordance with ITP & drawings. Identifying & gathering relevant information to raise site design issues. H&S checks on installation in accordance with RAMS, and attendance / delivery at briefings. Identifying and addressing quality issues, maintain progressive assurance information as works progress, and collating record packs & red lines for handover.
