Job Description

Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Belvedere

Salary: £30,000

Monday – Friday

A fantastic opportunity for an Internal Sales Administrator within a busy Parts Sales Department, has opened for a driven and results orientated individual looking to join a thriving business in North Kent.

The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience and a confident ability to problem solve and are also capable of managing several concurrent workflows.

As an Internal Sales Administrator you will be dealing with inbound enquiries primarily from intercompany service teams, where you will provide advice on availability, create and send out quotations, process and manage orders from quotation to fulfilment and answer customer queries and be proactive.

Duties include:

Supporting service teams in day-to-day administrative tasks

Regular communication with company suppliers, Clients and internal warehouse staff.

Dealing with general service queries in relation to availability, pricing.

Checking supplier invoices, and processing all onto the relevant systems.

Placing orders with company suppliers and internal parts team.

Liaising closely with the Ops manager and technical engineering team.

Keeping customer and supplier databases up to date and to a high standard.

Inventory stock management.

To be considered for this role you will have/be:

Substantial administration experience, ideally with some experience in parts sales.

Highly organised and capable of managing several workflows

Excellent IT skills

A natural problem solver

Commercially focused with excellent attention to detail

Ambitious with energy and drive
