Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing PeopleTech that revolutionises people management for companies to create their culture with the employee experience.
They are looking for a new team member to join them on their rapid global expansion activities in the UK and Europe.
This is an opportunity to be part of a small team reinventing how to develop culture and talent development, making a difference in employees' everyday lives around the world.
This role will be working closely with the sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
* Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
* A solid interest to initiate talk with prospects and understand their needs.
* Track record in establishing relationships, identifying & sourcing information on prospective clients.
* Attention to detail and ability to qualify prospects, gauge interest and effectively use CRM, Hubspot.
* Respond to leads on time and thrive in a fast-paced organisation.
Qualifications
* Entry-level work experience in outbound efforts; scouting and cold calling in line with the prospecting strategy would be daily responsibility.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is necessary. (Work experience in an English speaking firm or country would be an advantage.)
* A second language is preferable but not compulsory. (Polish, Dutch, German, Spanish, Romanian or Arabic)
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
