Job Description
Sales & Lettings Progressor/Administrator(See Definition) "Someone who is responsible for the organisation of a Sales & Lettings department, helping with paperwork, bills/invoices, stationery and general progression of Sales & Lettings files. .

About the role (Where, who, what, why and When)
Where: Our Client is based in Canary Wharf
Who: Cannot disclose at this stage, however what we can tell you is the property company in question now has numerous offices in various locations in London and won multiple property awards with a proven track record of training and promoting their staff. They have been in the industry for many years and still going strong.
What: We are on the lookout for someone who has good organisational skills and a fair amount of knowledge about Sales & Lettings, ideally already having worked as an Estate Agent previously.
Why: Due to someone being promoted they are now looking for someone to take their place.
When: They are looking for someone to ideally start within the Month.
Hours: Mon -Fri9am-6pm
If you are still reading, then the Sales & Lettings Progressor position could be for you. What will a typical day look like:
Sales and Marketing
Collect necessary documents from vendors and buyers as well as their solicitors
Drafting offer letters for sales
Contacting all parties to progress the sale
Chase Searches
Book surveyors’ visits or any other necessary party
Check if a property has been added online in a timely manner
Book photographer as and when necessary
Lettings and Management:
Follow up on offers accepted and reference checks
Confirm rents and deposits have been paid by tenants
Confirm check outs and inventories have been booked in preparation for the new move in
Confirm the flat has been cleaned prior to a move in
Confirm we have enough keys for tenants and a office set
Where this did not happen support the lettings agent or property manager to resolve the pending matter
Check if a property has been added online in a timely manner
Book photos when and where needed
