Trust Payments have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support to join the team.

Location: London

Salary: Competitive + Benefits

Job Type: 6 month fixed term contract

Sales Support – The Role:

The Sales Support team are a crucial part of the sales funnel, supporting the ISO Managers and the ISO’s themselves with everything from pre-vet, sale to aftercare support.

Sales Support – Key Responsibilities:

– Review and discuss pre-vet emails and enquiries

– Support the AM with correspondence

– Advising and guiding through the onboarding and underwriting process and ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met

– Supporting the AM with any phone calls and meetings

– Training the ISO on any changes to policy

– Ensuring the ISO is up to date with all onboarding documents and checklists

– Weekly report to Commercial Support Management

– Quality Assurance Feedback reports – weekly

– To provide excellent customer service, internally and externally

– Being able to support any of the Sales Support Team to cover annual leave and sickness

Sales Support – You:

This role is for a highly efficient, productive, independent, and motivated person who has a commercial understanding as well as extensive knowledge of the onboarding process within the payments industry.

Need to be highly organised, have good communication skills and to be able to build good relationships with the internal teams as well as the ISOs.
