Job Description
Do you want to work with children and help them achieve their goals?
We are supporting an ‘’outstandingg school’’ with their search for SEN Secondary teachers – this will be working as a full-time SEN Teacher, either on a permanent or long-term contract.
A successful SEN Secondary Teacher must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS), although if you have been an unqualified teacher and you are working towards QTS – we will still have roles for you.
The school requires a Teacher to lead a class of 6-8 pupils with Complex Learning Difficulties, you must be able to teach all levels and be able differentiate a lesson plan for all students.
A suitable candidate will be:
Punctual
Conscientious
Confident
Understanding of SEN and Challenging Behaviours
Be willing and able to assist whenever and wherever you can
Flexibility is key
A good standard of English and Maths
Candidates will be required to submit an application form as well as supply references, also you will be required to own an up-to-date, or be willing to apply for a Starfyn Education DBS
