Academics are currently recruiting a SEN TA to start in the coming weeks, in a mainstream primary school based in Islington.

Job Information

Position: SEN TA

Location: Islington

Pay: £80 – £90/day

Start date/Interview: Shortlisted candidates will attend an interview at the school. If successful you'll start immediately afterwards.

Requirements

You must have worked as a SEN TA previously
Experience in KS1 is essential
Strong behavioural management
Adaptable and positive attitude

Ideal Candidate and Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be educated with a degree and have experience in KS1 as a SEN TA. You'll be working 1-2-1 with children who need extra support within a classroom. Some students need out of class interventions. You'll be expected to have strong behaviour management skills and differentiate tasks appropriately for students.
