An SEMH school based in Hounslow, London, seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
As a SEMH Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and support to our students with SEMH needs. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, monitor student progress, and work collaboratively with our team of teachers, support staff and external agencies to provide a holistic and tailored approach to our students' education.
The successful candidate will have:
Experience teaching students with SEMH needs
A strong understanding of SEMH needs and strategies to support students
The ability to differentiate and personalise learning to meet individual student needs
Excellent behaviour management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive and proactive attitude
A willingness to learn and develop within the role
