Job Title: Senior BI Applications Manager

Location: Kingston Upon-Thames, 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000

The Role:

Our client is looking for the right candidate to provide strategic and intelligent evidence-based decisions. As a technical lead within Planning, you will define and enforce best practice standards for Business Intelligence and Data warehousing the delivery of Management Information. You will take responsibility for designing, and building Business Intelligence Solutions. The main tools being used are Microsoft SQL Server BI Suite, Tableau and Alteryx.

The successful candidate will have:

Microsoft SQL Server BI Suite, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS
Proven ability to define & build dashboards using SSRS and/or Tableau
Expert knowledge in the design and build of ETL Microsoft SQL Server (SSIS) processes
Undertake unit, system and performance testing of BI solutions
Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience
Good understanding of data warehouse design and implementation
Experience in working with Kimball methodologies
Data mapping, implementation, performance and tuning and ongoing maintenance.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
