Business Change Manager – SC Cleared

My market leading client are looking to secure the services of a Business Change Manager to work on critical project work over the coming months. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Target Operating Models and has a proven track record of delivering complex change projects, ideally within the defence sector.

Location: Hybrid (London)
Duration: 3 Months (possible extensions)
Clearance: Active SC Clearance
Rates: £400 – £550 per day
IR35 Status: OUTSIDE

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement Target Operating Models (TOMs) for the business in line with the overall strategy and objectives
* Lead and manage change projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
* Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure successful implementation of the TOM
* Ensure that TOM aligns with regulatory requirements, including compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards
* Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and KPI performance
* Identify and manage risks and issues that arise during the project lifecycle
Requirements:
* Active SC Clearance
* Proven experience in a Business Change Management role, with a strong track record of delivering complex change projects
* Experience in developing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOMs)
* Ideally, experience working within the Defence Sector or similar industries
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define and measure KPIs
