I am currently recruiting a Senior Credit Controller to work for a Technology and Telecommunications company based in London. This is a permanent position.

My client is a Technology and Telecommunications company based in London, close to Bank Tube Station. They provide integrated business solutions to companies.

Due to recent changes in the team they are now looking to hire a Senior Credit Controller to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Credit Controller who has worked in a sole role to work in a growing company.

Description

Senior Credit Controller, London

Weekly Direct Debit collection and account maintenance using cloud-based solution
Weekly importing of billing invoices into Sage 200 from various external systems
Weekly banking and maintenance of cash balances through reconciliations and transactional allocations
Monthly customer letter and statement balance report run
Reconciliation of the sales ledger control account to the nominal ledger
Maintaining an accurate ledger accounts for customers
Identify process improvements including recommendation of suspension proceedings where collection steps have failed and follow on legal escalations.
Maintain debtor days at pre-defined level
Ad-hoc raising of sales/ deal invoices within the custom (Sage) Project Accounting module and internal billing platform liaising frequently within internal departments
Managing interdepartmental relationships with the understanding of how this impacts your day-to-day and collaborating to make efficiencies where possibleProfile

The successful candidate must have prior working knowledge to the duties above.

They must also be able to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Offer

The successful candidate will be paid £32,000 – £35,000 depending on experience as well as additional benefits
