Job Description
A London borough with a large and diverse portfolio of Capital Projects is in need of a high calibre Senior Development Manager to help deliver key strategic projects. The scheme has a c.£100m construction value, with a GDV of over £250m. You will have overall responsibility for leading the delivery.
This is a decision making role where you will lead the project team, procurement, land, and property transactions, as well as the local government governance and political approval processes.
To be considered, you will need:
At least 8 years experience in property, regeneration or development
A minimum of 3 years leading a large regeneration scheme
A good understanding of local government as well as their processes
A good network within political organisations and consultancies that you can leverage
An ability to garner the respect of internal and external stakeholders and delivery teams
