Mechanical Project Manager – Building Services Engineering

City of London | Permanent | £90k to £110k

Their extensive CAD capabilities enable them to take a 'lead coordination' role on all major projects, complemented by qualified planners, design engineers, document controllers, commissioning and close out managers.

The Position

As Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for effectively and professionally leading the day-to-day operational management of projects, including design, procurement, installation, logistics, compliance, commissioning, and project handover. You will ensure full compliance of design, engineering, construction, and commissioning processes to deliver within budget and programme to the satisfaction of the client. Additionally, you will be required to understand/develop/scrutinise/deliver/monitor end to end programmes, set milestones and key deliverables, oversee the implementation of overall project plans and compile tender submissions.

Requirements

To succeed as our Mechanical Project Manager, you must possess:

Appropriate knowledge and experience to manage multiple disciplines/interfaces and work sequencing.

Proven track record in successfully delivering large scale MEP contracts with a mechanical bias.

Formal H&S training accreditations, minimum SMSTS.

Proven track record in leading teams and projects.

Experience and Knowledge in relation to the correct testing and commissioning of a complete MEPH installation.

Line management experience.
