This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for one of the most distinguished Fit Out Contractors in the UK!
The client is a multi-award-winning Company with a reputation for handling iconic landmark projects across the capital.
There is a strong pipeline of work to get your teeth into, with confirmed projects extending throughout the year and beyond!
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will need a good level of recent and relevant UK experience with recognized main contractors as an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor.
Your duties will be to procure sub-contractor packages, manage the sub-contractor accounts and make payments as well as liaising with the construction team and client’s representatives to ensure the project remains within the agreed budget.
Commercial support and procurement will be among your responsibilities and you will deliver all packages from M&E to full interior fit out.
The process must run on time, on budget and to a high standard.
* A minimum of 7+ years post qualification experience in a similar role
* Knowledge of traditional and D&B fit out projects (CAT A and CAT B)
* Experience in cost control and financial management
* Technical understanding of subcontractor packages
* Degree qualified or possessing HND
* Knowledge of accounting packages
* Microsoft Office understanding
