Senior Quantity Surveyor
This residential and public sector focussed contractor has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a new build residential project in NW London.
The project is valued at circa £9m and is situated near to Kilburn, London. Your role on this project will start as soon as possible and for a minimum contract period of 6months. Your time as Senior Quantity Surveyor will be split between the office and site. You will be fully commercially responsible for the contract and report to a Managing Quantity Surveyor.
If you are a Senior Quantity Surveyor that has delivered projects from inception through to financial close with main contracting companies and on residential blocks of flats, this position would be a great match. Being a Senior Quantity Surveyor role on a new build site you must also have new build residential experience and a UK Quantity Surveying qualification.
