A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join a well-established organisation. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, the candidate will be trained to use the bespoke quote system to offer prices for specialised equipment.

Liaison with customers via phone or email will be required in order to ascertain a full understanding of the customer’s enquiry/order. Planning the delivery schedules for production and design will be required in order to manage the order and its manufacture.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee many quotations including the coordination with management to collate and communicate key messages, both internally and externally.

· Develop and implement production schedules with the manufacturing and design departments.

· Create and maintain all information pertaining to orders paying special attention to price changes.

· Liaise with customers externally and the production and design departments internally to satisfy both internal and external delivery requirements/constraints.

· General admin duties

Skills & experience required:

· Experience of working in a similar administrator role

· A motivated self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Creative, passionate and dedicated with a professional and approachable character.

· Good attitude with a “can do”, solution focused attitude

· Excellent written and verbal skills, attention to detail and pride in getting things right first time is essential

· Strong in Excel and Word skills.

· Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to multi-task as necessary

· Experience of managing multiple projects at the same time
