Job Description

Service Advisor – Park Royal, £28000-£30,000 DOE

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established commercial dealership based in Park Royal. You will be working as part of a team delivering a first class, professional customer service ensuring that where possible customer enquiries, payments and complaints are resolved at the first point of contact. In return you will receive the following:

Early – Start 06.00 Finish 15.30 Monday to Friday

Late – Start 08.30 Finish 18.00 Monday to Friday

Saturday – Start 07.00 Finish 12.00

Basic 47.5 hrs per week : includes working (1 in 2) every other Saturday from 7am – 12 Midday.

Starting Salary – £ 28,000.00 (negotiable depending on skill experience)

Bonus – £ 2,000.00 Performance related bonus – paid at max. £ 500.00 per quarter

As the Service Advisor you will be responsible for:

• Greeting customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner

• Checking in vehicles, including entering customer and vehicle information on internal software

• Creating quotations for customer on repairs and works, ensuring the customer is happy

• Arranging vehicle pick up date, time method and location with the customer

• Monitoring repair and works status, keeping the customer up to date

• Explaining and handing over the repair and work details to the workshop team

• Performing visual inspections of vehicles before and after any works conducted

• To undertake general administrative duties to ensure the smooth flow of work within the Customer Service and Workshop teams

As the Customer Service Executive, you will have the following:

• Experience in the automotive sector desirable

• Experience in a customer contact and customer support position

• General IT Skills including Microsoft Office Applications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Enjoy working in a team environment
