Career Level Manager
An established company in the office and commercial fit out industry is currently looking for an experienced and responsible Site Manager for a short-term program.
Applicants must be capable of independently carrying out the day to day running of the site, including schedule management, Health and safety including preparation and/or review of RAMS, management of direct/ agency/ subcontractor staff.
Additionally, candidates should fulfil the following criteria:
* Experience with office fit out (CAT A)
* Minimum 5 years site management experience.
* SMSTS, NVQ or Degree Qualified, and first aid.
* Strong communications skills, fluent English, spoken and written.
* Computer literate – IT skill, emails, Microsoft office etc.
* Adaptable and flexible – able to mediate where necessary.
