Acting as Site Manager or Senior Site Manager for our Industrial client, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an industrial site, including managing the warehouse operations. You will lead a team and ensure that all operations are conducted in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as expertise in warehouse operations and industrial site management.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee all operations at the industrial site, including warehouse operations, inventory management, production scheduling, quality control, and equipment maintenance.

* Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and effective operations.

* Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, such as safety regulations, environmental regulations, and labor laws.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.

* Optimize warehouse layout, storage systems, and material handling equipment to maximize space utilization and productivity.

* Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

* Conduct regular inspections of the industrial site and warehouse to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures.

* Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business management, or a related field.

* Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse operations, preferably in an industrial environment.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

* Familiarity with safety regulations, environmental regulations, and labor laws.

* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
