Job Description

Henry Martin Group are partnered with an established, Tier 2 contractor who are seeking a Site Manager with RC frame residential experience. This contractor operates across both the public & private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients. Project values range between £25Mil – £100Mil+.
As the Site Manager you will be in charge of 1 block and will report directly to a Project Manager. The project is a residential new build with a project valuation between £25-30Mil and is based in Bermondsey, South London. This job is approaching first fix stage. Residential and fit-out experience is essential.
Your background will need to include a strong track record assisting in successful £10Mil+ new build projects. If you are a Site Manager, with a proven background of managing residential new builds with a specialty in internal works and are keen to work for a progressive contractor, this opportunity will be of great interest.
