Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a No1 Site Manager to join a modern and progressive D&B fit out firm!

Our client is well renowned for their brand values of delivering beyond expectation, employee retention and commitment to safety, which have resulted in multiple award successes throughout the industry.

Due to significant growth they are giving a Site Manager the opportunity to join their elite operational team on eye catching fit out projects.

As a Site Manager you will be tasked with managing and negotiating with subcontractors, ensuring the project meets the projected program and monitoring health and safety.

As you will be working on £multi-million projects, you will be responsible for planning and managing day to day construction activities and deliveries, leading the team and liaising with the design department.

What you’ll need to succeed

* To be considered successful for this role it is expectant that you are SMSTS and CSCS registered.

* You should demonstrate strong communication skills to discuss specific requirements with your team.

* In managing a team on site, you must be able to demonstrate strong understanding of the construction industry and knowledge of IT Systems.

* You will have previous experience managing on high valued projects, predominantly office and commercial spaces.
