Job Description

Fawkes and Reece are working with a leading fit out main contractor to recruit a proactive site manager with experience to fit out multiple £1m+ projects.

In this role you will be responsible for looking after trades on site and to be hands on. ensuring the job is done precisely to assist the delivery of the project.

We are looking for somebody who has previous experience in site managing making sure the project is up to scratch whilst adhering to all safety precautions.

Site manager Duties:

Controlling the overall direction whilst maintaining financial control of the contract
Manage all trades on site
Report to the site manager
In charge of health and safety on site
