Site Supervisor needed to join one of the UK’s leading Property Maintenance companies. This excellent opportunity is working on a social housing contract in the South East London area.
The company is renowned for being a dependable property services partner. They work with a wide range of housing associations and local authorities to provide professional, high-quality maintenance, repair and asset improvement programmes.
They require a Site Supervisor to run the team working on domestic repairs and maintenance of social housing properties in South East London covering Thamesmead, Greenwich and Bexley areas. The office is based in Stratford and time will be split between the Stratford office and the sites in South East London.
You will lead a strong team of operatives and be competent in the following areas:
– Health & Safety and legislation
– Analysis of all work carried out day to day
– Procurement
– Meeting with potential and existing clients
– Minimum 2 years' experience in social housing
– Assisting in successful delivery of contracts and adhering to financial targets
A strong leadership quality and organizational skills are a must to be successful in this role.
The Package for this role includes:
-Starting salary of £36,000- £38,000 pa with increases in annual pay after successful probation
