Our client continues to expand its specialist business-to-business events which means they now have sponsorship sales opportunities available. Specifically, they are looking for a Sponsorship Sales Manager for their Live Events Division.
They are leaders in their chosen sectors, focussed on markets undergoing technological or regulatory transformation. Their partners benefit from their meticulous attention to detail, ensuring they engage only with carefully qualified C-level Delegates. Their exclusive invitation-only events are tailored for industry leaders from major corporations around the globe.
When attending their events, Solution Partners can select their level of participation from a range of options in the knowledge that they will engage exclusively with budget-holders at the highest level.
Their standards are high and so are their salary and commission packages, with OTE targets in the £80-£100k range. They’re looking for ambitious, talented people able to grow with the company. They offer worthwhile management opportunities backed by investment in personal development programmes. You will be based in their London office on a hybrid model.
* Identify potential sponsors and engage in proactive outreach efforts to secure new partnerships
* Negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts that maximize benefits for both the sponsor and the organisation
* Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential sponsors, ensuring their needs and objectives are met
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective sponsors
* Handle the activation of sponsorships, which includes creating marketing collateral and organising sponsor experiences and events.
* To evaluate the efficacy of sponsorship investments, monitor and analyse the outcomes of sponsored projects.
* Keep up with industry developments, market circumstances, and competitor actions.

* Basic salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + uncapped commission and bonus
* Realistic OTE of £80,000 – £100,000
* Hybrid in London (Monday and Friday work from home)
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
* Christmas shut down
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
* No weekends
