Job Description
This well known developer have an immediate requirement for a Subcontract Buyer to work in the office, on a long term freelance basis.
Our client is working on a large new build residential project in East London and they need a buyer to report into the Managing Buyer and work as part of a team. Due to an increase in workload they are looking for a Buyer to join their purchasing department.
For this role you will have been involved with a number of projects within the housing sector, for either large tier 1 main contractors within the UK or large tier 1 developers. This is a busy division which will give you the opportunity to learn the whole purchasing process and there is the opportunity to progress within the business.
To apply for this position, you must have experience working on residential schemes and have experience of BlueBeam and COINS, Office/Redsky – but are not essential.
