£38,000 – £42,000 per year + Bonuses

A therapeutic, Outstanding Independent Fostering Agency are looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their team and manage a caseload in East London.

This role will mostly be done from a mostly home-based environment apart from visits, trainings and team meetings.

They are a well-trained, committed, family-run service, who are passionate about improving the outcomes for looked after children in their care. The service is innovative and provides a high level of therapeutic support to foster families and their staff to achieve outstanding outcomes for looked after children. In this role you will be supporting and supervising a small caseload of carers.

Requirements:

Social Work England Registered
Qualified Social Worker with experience in children's services
Must own a car and drive
