Job Description
Temporary role for 2-3 months
Working in a busy talent acquisition team you will provide general support to the team, which will include Interview coordination, general administration and active candidate sourcing. In your role you will also ensure that compliance is adhered to, ensure all paper and compliance trails are in place.
Support TA's in Interview coordination Ad-hoc admin duties including;
Creating new vacancies on the CRM (Eploy)
Uploading job adverts onto job boards
Collating right to work documentation
Candidate referencing
Ensure documentation from SOX compliance
Track referral payments Active Sourcing via LinkedIn, ATS database, online databases (e.g. CV library, Reed etc)
Coordinating with Universities and Schools
Uploading Graduate/Apprentice Adverts
Attend graduate fairs / School events etc
Coordinate ET assessment centres
Coordinate offers, acceptances Contract of employment production
Check SOX approvals are in place
Candidate Management – onboarding (contracts signed, start dates confirmed
Manage communications to wider team and hiring leaders
The person:
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to liaise with stakeholders confidently
Proven admin experience with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition
Strong on all Microsoft office packages
Able to exercise confidentiality, discretion and judgement
Strong verbal and written communication (confident and articulate telephone manner)
Time management and prioritization
Demonstrate proactive behaviour to ensure all tasks are undertaken within a timely and urgent manner
